I have a console only with 2 bluray drives. Its a 20gig backwards compatible. yes the HDD is included. The first bluray drive the original owner took apart because the drive wouldin't accept disc. The other Just has a bad laser. I was going to swap lasers but I want to buy another 360 to mod so I might let this go for the right price. But please do not low ball. Shot m some offers or some trades. Best way to get intouch with me is PM.

I just wanted to add......... If someone has a xbox 360 hdmi with a hdd I'll consider it for a trade.
