What error code is on the screen or what is secondary error code. No the new 360 slim does not have a flashable drive yet it is a lite-on just as well but is completely different than the jaspers lite-on

I was afraid so E74s don't go away so easily. HDMI or non HDMI. And 203w power supply or 175w

OK your console is a zypher it needs the ANA graphics chip reflowed but that most of the time turns a temp fix. You could get the ANA reballed.  So I'd suggest going to a reballer if you want a permanent fix unfourtunately I can't reball.

PM: Supersdude1691 on xbox-scene I heard he is good at reballing from somebody I was going to buy a console from.
