Ip Problems

I've been trying to install avalaunch on  my Halo Le xbox But win i put the boot disk in it says no link then a few seconds later it  says 0000 err X.  I have Ava running on my other xbox and i was wondering what the deal is. BTW i'm using a 1.4 xbox wtih a Xenuim.

I think your problem is that your set up for dhcp and not static.  It happens to me when my hub isn't connected to a router or some orther dhcp server.  set up you network for static ip's give your xbox and pc an ip on you network this the same subnet mask.  That should work. hope this helps :beer:

No it's connected to a router  which is a DHCP server.

well it mustn't be getting a dhcp address.  You can look over your settings in the ava.xml to make sure they are right or try assigning it static anyway on the same subnet as your computer and then connecting to that.
