20% = 7v
100% = 12v

Figure it from there!

Please update that example xml, because KAI support is missing, I guess.

No changes were made to the .xml file and you can still use your old one. There are not any Kai settings in the .xml file.  Go into your settings in Avalaunch and set up KAI there.

:blink: But where are those settings saved then? What is the use of the .xml then? Strange.

Hopefully here there may be an answer...Is there a way that I could change the default (E:\apps) directory that the downloaded updates for the different programs end up in?I know a few different setups I have personally encountered where the person had there apps on another partition...besides my own .....not a problem to just move the files,etc. just looking for a way I might be able to streamline the process for myself...without rearranging my whole HDD!! heh heh..thanks in advance...

Just edit the xml file with notepad, save, then upload to xbox and reset it.

I am running Avalaunch and I got a new router and trying to change my IP address to match the new Router. This is my old avalaunch.xml file settings

<network setup="1" type="static">
<ip>
192.168.0.30
</ip>
<subnet>
255.255.255.0
</subnet>
<gateway>
192.168.0.1
</gateway>
<dns1>
195.159.0.100
</dns1>
<dns2>
195.159.0.200
</dns2>

I had a Netgear router now I have a MS router and changed the settings to

<network setup="1" type="static">
<ip>
192.168.2.30
</ip>
<subnet>
255.255.255.0
</subnet>
<gateway>
192.168.2.1
</gateway>
<dns1>
195.159.0.100
</dns1>
<dns2>
195.159.0.200
</dns2>

They weird thing is that even after I changed the XML file and FTP it over. The xbox keeps seeing the old IP address 192.168.0.30 on the bottom left corner when I boot up to Avalauch, but when I go to the XML file in the xbox C:\avalaunch.XML it has the new settings with IP 192.168.2.30. Even if I change it to DHCP it still sees the old IP address 192.168.0.30. Here's another weird thing when I boot to Evox and Unleash X dashboard it does the same thing.

Can anyone it me what I'm doing wrong?

You can now configure Avalaunch either by the settings menu or by editing the Avalaunch.XML file.

It is not possible to configure the menu via Avalaunch, so you have to edit the XML file by yourself.

Just follow the examples in the XML file, or post your questions here.

Nice work on the new release. I've got one question though. The fan speed option isn't explained anywhere, what does the default value 20 represent (is it 20% of normal, 100% of normal? what) I have already made a mod to my fan, so I want the vonnector to output whatever voltage it does by default.

 i'm pretty sure the 20 represents the normal fan speed, which is 20% of the maximum power of the fan.

so 20 = 100% normal fan speed = 20% max fan speed

i could be mistaken so you might want to check with someone else to confirm.
