I remember about 5 months ago, sony saying they are going to allow linux and stuff on the PS3, is this still going to happen or is this just another spec that was dropped?

um well why the topic name first off??

and yes yellow dog linux 5.0 is supposed to be released at launch with the ps3, no word on features, pricing or accesibilty yet......i expect it to be scaled down or $500 idk just me spouting off
