Error 80010201

I have been getting this error code ever since I turned my PS3 on. I have looked for fixes on the internet, but I can't find anything. My PS3 doesn't detect a wired connection and picks up no wireless networks, Sometimes the bluetooth doesn't work either. Is there an easy fix or am I gonna have to send it in for repairs.
