How Could I Make My Ps3 Much Powerful With E3 Flash

I just got one PS3 Flasher free from a competition and said the E3 Flasher could make the E3 Much powerful on various games, yet I tried several times without no good result on the good performance,

Any one could be help to offer some suggestions for the PS3 Newbies ?? Thanks!
