I'm sure that they can do at least something similar to the mobile phones vibrator, but sony keeps gunning them selves all the time for some reason!!!

It seems like Sony is just being stubborn. Almost as if they are saying, "We made the choice to not have rumble, not Immersion. To prove it, we won't add rumble ever!!!"
