Ok I know how to backup my dvds using dvd decrypter onto my computer then put them on my ipod and copy them from my ipod to the ps3 but for some reason I can't seem to get them to play on my ps3 with DTS 5.1 sound. Does anyone know if this is possible. I copied the movie files with the DTS sound file but it won't play in DTS from the ps3.

Are you compressing the DVD down or are you copying 1:1. Or, are you using the PSP video?

If you are compressing down you need an ac3 codec.

I just go under dvd decrypter and and use ifo mode and choose stream processing and choose direct stream copy. I think its 1:1 not sure though.
