From next-gen.biz:

Sony has limited gamers' ability to share the downloadable version of Warhawk with other PS3s, but the policy isn't necessarily the standard for future PlayStation Network titles, SCEA has told Next-Gen.

Up until now, Sony has allowed gamers to freely share PS3 downloadable titles between five machines at any one time. That's not the case with Warhawk, released this week.
SCEA confirmed to Next-Gen that it would be utilizing an "alternative Digital Rights Management (DRM) policy" for the PSN version of Warhawk, a game that is available as a download and as a Blu-ray disc.
The downloadable PSN version of the game will be "directly tied" to the PSN account that bought the game. That account alone will be authenticated to play the respective Warhawk download.
