theres an update at the bottom of the article saying that nintendo did file for trademarks on the wii name, only time will tell what nintendo uses for a name

Yea they prolly did it so people would talk about it and make fun of it just to help "advertise" for nintendo.  I could care less what they call it, im gonna get one.

well, now they've already gone to e3, there is no question, it will be called the wii. the names starting to stick too, i haven't called it the revolution in an few days. ign calling the controller the wii-mote is what made the name stick for me for some reason
