I agree, the name for the console is really lame.  Revolution seemed very next gen, but Wii really doesn't do it for me.  I am still willing to give Rev/Wii a shot when it launches, but wow, what were they thinking?

Man that reminds me of something we had here in Holland,
couple years ago this new tv station called themselves "Yorin"
so everytime they interviewed some english speaking celebrity they'd be like "Urin? as in Urinate?"

i sincerly hope they pull a new famicom/nes thing and give us a different name

"we will not make a new console, the gamecube is good enough for nice looking games, we will instead focus on bringing out more games that focus on gameplay and not graphics"
