WTF is iris???, i tried to find some info on it but couldn't. I own a psp too and regularly check sites like pspupdates but must have missed this???

ahem to answere your question. Iris is a... well Its kind of a frankenstein 3d engine created by nexis2600 (ngpsp guy) better now known as pspmonkey. PSP-updates is a fine site, but some of us perfer DCemu.co.uk and more specifically psp-news.dcemu.co.uk for this kind of news. pspmonkey dwells mostly in their forums...

Back to Iris.. You all recall when the Quake 3 source was released not but a few months ago. PSPmonkey decided to create a quake 3 bsp viewer that eventually evolved into... a crazy ass engine with support for all kinds of things. He was inspired by the yeti3d engine and the cube engine.
