The Ati Pci-e Tv Wonder 650

Anyone have this Tv Tuner/Capture Card and runs it with Vista 64 bit? Curious about this because I've been hearing that this card + Vista doesn't go together, although it has working drivers for Vista 32 and 64 bit. Opinions?
