Your watercooling should work out ok for you. Yeah you are going to have to ri it apart but it should help cool down your rig a bit.

Personally I use  Thermaltake 112 Tower. w/ a 80mm fan @ 3k rpm, My fan will do 4k, but it's too damn loud.  Also I run a x2 dual core at ~36 Idle ~50 @ load.  Give to take a few deg. for amabient fluctuation.  

Apparenly the Silent tower is the same thing also, But a Ninja may be what you are looking for. Regardless you are going to pull that board.
