Okay so first off before I start - I OWN a LEGIT copies of Shenmue II PAL on Dreamcast, and Shenmue II NTSC on xbox
I have seen all the rips out there, and I noticed the near-perfect 700mb versions, and an english dub version of the echelon(?) rip that from what I read chops a lot of free quest speech audio
Well I read that on the english dub mod they used audio from the xbox version, I know I can't fit the full game on CD-R 700mb, but I've ordered some 870mb CD-Rs that apparently work on dreamcast
Does anyone know what files are the audio speech files for both systems and if they're different formats or anything? I'd like to try making my own english-dubbed dreamcast backup so I can continue from my Shenmue I save...
Like I said before, I own legit retail copies of both games, and the CD-Rs I ordered have 870mb
