I really hope that was a joke.

It is typical of some Americans to make stupid jokes out of serious situations.

A BBC reporter was injured and his cameraman killed the other week. There was no call for a quick, heavy-handed retaliation, and the British public didnt associate the death with the average Iraqi citizen.
