theres a add-on for firefox (Video DownloadHelper) and then you can convert with a converter.

i use SUPER © to convert.

Bad thing with Firefox add-on is that it downloads the .flv, then you need a converter to .avi or .wmv, and it takes a lot longer

you dont need any program or addon to download these videos. when you watch a video, they automatically download to your cache. then if you want to save the video, look through your browser cache for the latest accessed file with the extension of .flv
