If you have never been to a festival you dont know what your missing out on!
I dont know if you have these in the States, so this is for the UK people.

If anyone did go what was the best band you seen??

I thought green day were out of this world. I seen the Chilli's last year but Green day were better. Hives were great and the Libertines blew me away apart from los alll my monet surfing sad.gif

Well, I run baconmusic.co.uk so I sent one of my mates with a free press pass and he HATED it!

We all went to V2004 the week before it was apparantly a lot better..

Used to go to the Reading site of this festival however, that was great before they started putting crap bands on like 50 cent?!  blink.gif no wonder he got bottled off the stage!

I went to V last year and its too strict. You cant have stereos in the camp area and I got searched and the police had sniffer dogs! It wasnt a relaxing atmosphere at all. Leeds is well chilled out I didnt see one policeman all weekend.

If you need anyone to go to any gigs in Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield (basically NW), I would happily volunteer to go and write a review wink.gif

wink.gif , Dizzee rascal actually being amazingly good and of course Offspring being a much better headliner than the 'jokes wearing thin' darkness.  Gotta say though, if it hadn't been for Green Day this years line up would have been very thin. AND how can you say V is better, really missed out on Dido rolleyes.gif , pixies would have been cool tho despite how much frank black apparenlt didnt want to be there.
OH...and was I the only one to see batman vomiting outside the carling stage?

Roll on 2005...I reckon prodigy will headline next year.
