1st: slipknot is not metal, it is "NEW"metal
2nd: you can hear what they are saying, you dont have your speakers loud enough.
3rd: it is music
4th: it is just so exciting, i mean, i just stick one ear phone in my ear and go to paintball tournaments and kick ass, it's just just you you cant hate you,

Duality is such a sellout song from a band that said they'd never sell out. (Even during the release interview of the new CD) Out of 6 songs, maybe 1 didn't suck. I'm very dissapointed after Ohio. I won't be buying based on the 6 songs from the new cd I caught on the radio. Sorry........

Slipknot are a good band... I was dissapointed with IOWA... Man that was shit! anyway I heard two songs from Subliminal Lyrics and it sounds awesome!... I am going to buy the album to see if the whole cd is just as good.... Anyway should be good

i didn't liek the first 2 cd's.... but the new one rocks. I'm not into metal or new metal or whatever the crap you want to call it. Neither are my friends. But this album rocks. I do dishes listening to it at work and i can work liek 3x as fast. The drums on most of the songs are so sick. They actually have melody in most of the songs, and the screaming isn't nearly what it was before. There are even acoustic songs.

if you dno't like them because of what you've heard in the past you're being ignorant to a completely new band
