HOW TO LINK A SITE TO YOUR SIG IMAGE

If you ever wondered how to link a website to your Signatures image, its just a matter of adding a line of code into your signature field and adding the proper URL addresses.

IMPORTANT: Prior to linking a site to your signature, ensure the site your linking conforms to Xbox-Scene rules. Links to Piracy or Porn sites will result in a ban.

Just copy and paste the code listed below into your Signature's 'Edit' field found under 'My Controls' of your account. Be sure to replace example URL lines in the code with your specific URL's.

CREDITS:
Parts of "Creating a thumbnail" were inspired by Brahms2 tutorial "How do I resize massive pictures".

The easiest way is to select the images you want and click on the "Generate HTML and IMG code" button at the bottom. Assuming you are using Photobucket.

It gives many options and one of them is thumbnails.

Ahhh, yes, I never seen that in Photobucket. I think I'll add that to the photobucket part of the tut. Though that is good primarily only for photobucket users or if a persons hosting site offers a code generator.

Tutorial revised to reflect Awals more efficient suggestion of obtaining the image code for thumbnail links for users of Photobucket or similar hosting sites.
