My right foot has some pretty good arthritis due to several breaks. Im seeing a specialist about it in October.
My left knee is currently watery feeling since knocking it something fierce while dropping my motorcycle.
Thats minor stuff though.
I spun my right knee 180 degrees skiing in HS. It tore my ACL, PCL, and MCL. I have full mobility in it. I feel next to no pain. If I really push it though it gets very very weak feeling as though it's going to come disjointed or something to that effect. Theres not a hell of a lot that can be done at this point. Im hoping that starting a jogging regimin might strengthen everything enough to assure that it will be fine for walking through out the day no matter how much walking is required. We shall see. ATM I can hit about a mile before I start feeling major effects. And at the moment its my left knee, which I'm pretty sure should heal up just fine. I'd like to be able to get 3-4 miles without major incident in my right knee. We shall see. I havent jogged in 9? years. Hell my lungs and heart may give out first (IMG:

) That's ridiculous man. 180 degrees!? I get scared just thinking of that, I am truly sorry about your legs' condition(s)?.
