Im calling photoCHOP...thats way too noticeable for it to go un-noticed this far! i mean the game has been out for quite awhile...plus...that looks way to fake for any developer to pass it off as an easter egg!

and its in the ps2 version, comes on when you complete a certain mission, cant remember what mission tho, sorry.
