That is a very complex system, but most of the work of deciphering that data has been done already.  Check out this link----> http://www.ross-tech...-com/index.html  It is a very simple to use program that allows access to all aspects of the ECM on Audi, VW, Seat, and Skoda vehicles.  Its much easier to use than the factory tool.   It may or may not have what you want, but it does allow altering of many parameters within the ECM.  It does however require the interface hardware (depending on the model year, a cheap generic interface cable can be bought on ebay for under $30)
