First time I did them it was straight dry(gross!!) and the second I put them in a PB+J sandwich.  I have a friend who actually dosn't mind taste(this is also the smae friend who at parties snorts a worm up his nose and pulls it out of his mouth.).

in a whopper... or as a pill... do not try to take with soda, causes crazy fizzing akin to several bags of pop-rocks...
