does choclate cause acne??ive never had acne in my life and recently i got two tiny bumps on my face.well ive been drinking and smoking #### all this week and ate some choclates too.could choclates be the reason?

a lot of people say eating chocolate, or greasy foods, or poor hygiene cause acne. None of those speculations have been proven though.

Its mostly genetic, but keeping clean will help prevent. Most likely if your siblings dont have it neither will you.

if you dont wash you get dirty acne is a form of dirt smoke contains dirt so theres another reason not to smoke
