Finally, after living here for 5.5 years, I've made it to a Budoukan concert. Even before I had a slight interesting in Japan, I knew what the Budoukan was, b/c so many bands have played there and produced a "______ live at the Budoukan" CD.
So, James Brown, the Godfather of Soul (who fucking rocked, by the way) played last night. I get there, and snuck in some beers only b/c we had some. Then, I sneak out to go by some more cocktails, only to find out they don't fucking sell beer. What's up with that?! A fucking concert where they don't sell beer?
That's just wrong... not only wrong, but extremely unprofittable, no? This is Japan - people drink everywhere.
