Secondly do not buy a digital projector unless you are concerned with ease of use , if you want Picture Quality then CRT front projection is a must [ a decent & properly tuned CRT Front Projection unit can easily beat any rear projection tv in terms of Picture Quality and have a larger image as well - guile is telling it like it is ] .
Pioneer does make a nice HDTV though
, and I will be the first to admit that Front Projection is not for everyone .

do you have any screenshots of that Runco in action ? I have tuned one of those before and would love to see what you have been able to get out of it . I like the NEC XG series myself , the color is beautiful and the sharpness rivals any digital due to the EM focus [ which is great for gaming too ] .
