Ok not trying to make PEPSi Company look bad but... These console were shipped a week prior to this tuesday so this might mean some of them were test consoles. Well not test consoles but the first made. Some might have been sitting with PEPSI for awhile.


So lets see what happens when they come out tuesday. If tmine doesnt woirk i will be repairing it asap.

All Xbox360's will rattle.  That noise comes from a small ball that tells the system which direction it's oriented so it can change the layout of the ring of light appropriatly.  If your 360 is in a standing position, the top left light will be lit for player one, but if you flip it on it's side, the ball will roll and tell the system to adjust accordingly and light the proper quadrant.

If that thing about the little ball telling the orientation of the unit to adjust the circle-of-lights is true, then that is an awesome idea by MS. I'm sure its not the first time that idea has been used, but its a first for consoles, and a good one considering the lights tell which controller is in use.


As for date stamps, I think the Pepsi "One Every Ten Minutes" Xbox360s were made before the ones that shipped on the 22nd. My Xbox360 says October 23rd 2005, and I got mine at Costco at 9am on the 22nd. We'll have to see what other Nov 22nd buyers and Pepsi winners say about their date stamps.
