Games Are No Longer Available To Join

Hi,

Whenever I search for games on my xbox and am on xbconnect and in a game, it finds a game. Then when I try to join a game, it takes about 15 seconds and says the game is no longer available. This happens with every game. Why's this?

Also I tried hosting, and no one could find my game,
Anyone got any ideas?
