the person hosting always has the advantage because there is that lil milli second of lag when shootin if you joined a game.... you know what im talkin bout if you have ever joined a game and are in zoom with a pistol... its just a lot more accurate if you are hosting....

It's called bullet lag, and is quite noticeable at times.  Sometimes i have to lead the enemy 3x further in front than normal to hit him.  And at close range fire and melee, it's almost impossible to hit someone.  Halo just never was designed to go online.
