Buy one premodded from the UK. Go for a Slim or  a phat Jasper.

Just my two cents but I'd go with a slim trinity if you can.  If you ever decide to dual nand, you will have a console which can easily be flashed with LT+3 as well so you can have the best of both worlds.  Yes, flashing the 14ds is a little more work than others, but it's doable and you'll have a solid console afterwords.
