I'm not sure what the going price is in Europe (I presume you're in the UK because of the car boot sale reference), but in the US a working console usually goes for $70-$100. That console looks to be a Falcon, which usually sell for a little less than Jaspers. You might be able to sell it for more if you glitch it, but that's more a niche market and you'd have to find out if it's worth the extra time and cost.

There's nothing really special about that dash. All consoles can be glitched right now. The only different between older dashboards and newer ones is the specific type of glitch and hardware necessary.
