Hitachi 0502 Flashable?

RGH is a hardware mod which requires external hardware. Check the JungleFlasher tutorial for more details on how to retrieve the firmware once you've RGH'd the console.

Hi,

Anyway know if this is flashable without a hardware mod ? I couldn't find much info, is RGH a hardware mod or can we somehow read the keys using jrunner and save it to a file. Just looking to flash the drive.

Model  DL10N.

Thank you

Hi  There is no way to flash it at all.  You MUST RGH, get the key, then get a special PCB and liteon drive shell.

You are asking to do quite an expensive task.

You need to RGH console first, you can get a DGX if you don't want to leave it RGHed $30
A programmer $25-30
You need a TX DG-164D5S PCB replacement $70
You need a any DG-164D4S or D5S drive minus the PCB $30-50

Your other option would be to RGH it and leave it RGH and just convert your ISOs or rip your originals to your hard drive.  If you left it RGH you could just get a Liteon DG-16D4S and mod that and spoof that drives OSIG and key into your hacked NAND image.  If you go RGH route you lose XBOX live ability.

Thank you both for your responses. Kind of sucks, probably more worth it to find an older xbox and flash that instead.

Sounds like a pretty expensive option to do the above.
