I have a RGH but my son setup family passcode and forgot what the code was. I was able to remove that doe a factory settings reset. Everything is working except for the fact that I can only sign into profiles on the ms dash.

cold boot to fsd, try to sign into profile = not working
cold boot to ms dash, start a game, trying to sign into profile = not working
cold boot to xexmenu, trying to sign into profile = not working
cold boot to ms dash, trying to sign into profile = only thing that works

so far I've tried clearing cache; different usb drives, different hdds, different profiles, uninstall dashlaunch
