the %x-button thing is also in unicode meaning the . (00) between the letters
so you get

each dot is a 00 character

the 00 look more like a   in the textpart then a .
but ive decided to forget about using the buttons, and just settle for a simple X...
Kinda like x'es...
used that since me rpg days..

and im trying to incorperate some buttons into a name but all ive come up with is
P(A)(Y) D(A)(Y)
but that has nothing to do with my name, well everywhere and when i do it it turns out as
P..........(A)..........(Y) D...........(A)...........(Y)
spaces not dots.

Allright.. I finally made it show the x-button...
Now im back at normal X in me name...
Twas xbox... Is Xahur! (didnt like my name to be %x-buttonahur in XLime)
