Interrupted Softmod Now Hangs After Unlocking Drive

Just tried something else.  I hotswapped to the computer, then used Xplorer360 to delete everything on partition 3, and replaced the stock C drive files from Hexen, and did the same with E.  Same problem as before, it boots to the Xbox logo with the Microsoft underneath and then just sits there.

The stock files from HeXEn are absolutely fine, and are bit for bit identical to the ones from Slayers.
