Controller Screwed Up. Trying to get it to work on the PC

im looking for someone to help me with this, i recently made an xbox to USB cable and downloaded the XBCD driver, the computer is accepting the controller and driver , but, i tested it in a game of splinter cell, i cant quit spinning in circles, i know its not my soldering job, any thoughts?
