I Can't Ftp Or Get To The Original Dashboard.

For some reason, I can't get my computer to connect to my Xbox via FTP, and I also can't get to my Dashbaord through the EvoX menu.  

I'm really confused, I've used the ip address given, but it won't connect.

Any ideas?
