Problem With Saved Games On Softmod Xbox

I recently SoftMod my xbox and save a game on it.  Well the game I saved on there isn't working, but my friend who also SoftMod his xbox saved the exact game I saved and it works on his. Please someone tell me what is the problem.

Have you tried deleting your Xbox's cache?

The cache is everything inside 'E:\CACHE', and in the 'X', 'Y', and 'Z' drives.
