Playing Mp3's In Game

I am wondering if it is possible to play mp3's as an xbox game soundtrack using Xbox media player or if there is anyother way to do this?

Only way is to convert to .wma I believe and play it in the custom soundtrack if the game has it.  Or you could always just use your computer hooked up to the stereo.  XBM* won't do it.
