yeah i didnt have a dremel until recently, and it makes life soooo much easier and you will use it enough that it is worth the price, so just go out and buy one.  Its also the easiest way to cut the xbox.

I've used a hole saw for everything on my box so far... it's alot more work, but it works...

GET A DREMEL... I am definitely getting a new one too

If you are too cheap for dremel you might be able do it with a some other tools.  You would need a drill, coping saw, and files/sandpaper.  Certain hacksaws may work too depending on how they are put together but they will be alot harder to work with.

Dremel. . . one of the greatest inventions of all time.

I wouldn't be modding if I didn't have one, I'm too lazy to do it any other way!

yes definately get a dremel and i found it much easier to cut a window if you get the flex bit also.  is basically a fexlible extention of the dremel that way you don't have to hold the main part while trying to cut a window.

Warphead is right.  My dremel came with the flex extension and it makes it a lot easier to handle.

I did mine the ghetto way. I took a screwdriver and screwed a hole in the center of the window and then moved the screw around to expand the whole and then took a saw blade and cut straight lines and then broke off he little pieces and then sanded down the rest. lol :P
