I'm wanting to put this fan in my Xbox. I've read up on it and it sez some stuff about needing a little dremel work to get it in, which wont be a problem. I was wondering want parts will need to be modified and what dremel attachment's would be best.

Also I heard they can sometimes be slower than the factory fan which cant be good and that you can change the speed some how. I dont have any mod chips and I believe that was one way of doing it....hopefully not the only one, I really dont feel like trying the chips yet.

Check out www.eight-four.com . They have a tutorial on fitting in an 80mm led fan. With the cathode, you'd probably just have to do a little more dremel work to the spots they show. <

Is the Blue Double Round Cold Cathode Fan Grill fit the same, Just wanted to make sure on this one because it seems it puts out more light and thats what we want...right?? <

it'l be a little harder, but no impossible to do, just shave the edges <
