I have a controller s that has a wierd problem.

When in a 1st person shooter.  The controller moves to the right constantly.  I have figured out that it centres when I press the right trigger about 40% and hold it there.  Usually emptying all ammo.

Also all the d-pad buttons don't work until I hold in the right trigger at the same sweet spot about 40%.

I opened the controller and desoldered the 2 trigger pots and switched them to check if it was the right pot.  No.

I desoldered the left analogue stick and replaced it.  No.

I tested continuity on all wires all are OK.

Anyone know what else this issue could be or what component would cause this problem?
