No Trainers Menu

I have red the newb topic about the trainer stuff, but i dont have a trainer menu.. I have looked in my .ini but cant really see the problem ( maybe becouse im not really good in that stuff ). I am using evox V+3935.
Can some please help me solve this problem becouse i cant activate trainers if i dont have a menu.
