Xisko released the sourcecode of KeyGen360(info) v0.4b released a few days ago. It's a commandline tool, similar to the Team F-360s KeyDrive Xtractor/Patcher(info)(info) GUI tool, that allows you to extract and write the unique DVD key of an Xbox 360 DVD drive firmware (support for both the Toshiba-Samsung MN25 and Hitachi-LG firmware files).

this would be cool if it would only work on hardrives to dump the firmware
