So yeah, I'm banned. I'm fine with that. What I would like to know is there any chance now or in the near future of restoring my ability to use my modded console's HDD in order to install games and pobbily unlock achievements offline while using my profile on a memory card? I don't want Live functionality, I just want a quieter 360 that tracks my achievements regardless of online access.

Should I just cut bait and sell the modded 360 (with full disclosure of course), or wait it out if a fix comes around in the near future?

No, I'm assuming because I played bad rips of Fallout 3 or Borderlands, or simply for playing them early.

sry but what is nand and how to back it up? im not banned yet, havent tired to login on live for about a week.
