I used Signed_Phoenix_Bios_Loader_V1.3.rar to softmod my box. It comes with the Evolution-X dashboard. I want to use the THC Lite dashboard now.


I have followed the tutorial but it still didn't work. It would freeze and the music would keep looping. Then I found a tutorial that tells how to fix that. Now it loads into the dashboard but all the menus are blank. If I enter one of the blank menus then the dashboard goes to another screen and freezes. My shortcut buttons work (L+R+A) to load applictions but the menu doesn't work.


I think it has something to do with THC Lite now being able to read the original xboxdash.xbe, but I'm new to this and have no clue.

i think this has something to do with actual xbe (perhaps a 480p thing?) get a fresh lite xbe and start again.
