Did anyone else notice the circles and dots in the left bottom corner every so often I think they are binary Dots = 1 circles = 0 or vice versa

Already posted this on the teamxbox forums, but wanted to share.  The dot grids in the video are all the same, but get a few columns longer each time.  The final one looks like this:
