What do you mean its "black and white"

If you can launch games from the DvD then its a skin problem. Open up the UIX.INI and change the skin=

to

skin=blue

upload it to the xbox and your done

reboot the box and it will come up with the blue skin

This looks like a situation where you need:

MR BOOT DISK

Get EVOX edit the evox.ini and change the IP / Subnet Mask to what your xbox was set on

Make a XISO, burn it to a dvd that your xbox likes

and remember never to  mod without a "Mr Boot Disk"

If the bootdisk is in black / white then it looks like you have a eeprom problem

or if your modchip has an FTP boot to the BIOS, FTP the uix.ini

So you dont have any app that has ftp access on it??
If you dont... then you're retarded...
If you do... then you're  retarded for not using it...
and if you have tried a different app and its still black and white then it's obviously UIX.
